Rage Festival 2022 Refunds:

A refund can be requested provided the Rage Festival Passport has not been delivered or collected. Any refund will incur a cancellation charge depending on when the refund is requested.
You are entitled to cancel your Rage Festival Passport on the condition that the Rage Festival Passport has not yet been electronically delivered or collected. This cancellation may be made at any time prior to 1 December 2022 (the day before the starting date of the event) by sending a cancellation notice to support@howler.co.za whilst CC-ing hello@plettrage.co.za.

Forced Cancelation:
In the event of organisers being forced to cancel the event due to COVID-19 Restrictions. The following cancellation charges apply. Refunds are processed in the following terms, refunds do not include bookings & admin fees:

If canceled due to COVID:
100% of the original Passport/Ticket purchase price is refunded up until the day before the event.
On the day of the event or during the event
75% of the original Passport/Ticket purchase price is refunded the day of the event or during the event.

Client Cancelation:
In the event that a client wishes to have their ticket refunded for personal reasons, the following cancellation charges apply. Refunds are processed in the following terms, refunds do not include bookings & admin fees:

More than 30 days prior to the event
50% of original Passport/Ticket purchase price refunded.
Between 7 – 30 days prior to the event
25% of original Passport/Ticket purchase price refunded.
Less than seven days prior to the event
Strictly no refunds.
After the event
Strictly no refunds.
All cancellations require a 30 day lead time.
